Abstract

The article examines the internal freedom concept and the external freedom concept. The article analyses the negative and the positive aspect of these concepts. The author affirms a formal convergence without connecting the moral principles with the juridical principles. The proposal is related to the contemporary discussion about the Kant’s theory of justice.
